Very grafetul to @kiraemclean for her online yoga classes, that some people here have been attending iiuc. (What would it be like: a yoga sequence designed and taught by somebody who cares about clarity, balance, simplicity, and Lisp? (The answer turns out to be really cool. (Again and again, at the end of class I check and feel that all my parens are balanced.))) It is a wonderful aspect of this community, that some people bring their presence and awareness and care, and share them with others. It is something that we need, and thankfully we have that.

I am trying to work out what CET means. It's not Central European Time, right? I figured out you are based in Canada...

Kira McLean15:11:14

it should show the times in your timezone, so it probably is Central European Time!

Kira McLean15:11:26

I’ll add a note to make it more clear that the times are in your local timezone

Kira McLean15:11:46

I am in eastern Canada though

Irati15:11:28

Right, got it, thanks!

Kira McLean15:11:41

thank you! Hope to see you soon 😄

you doing yoga ?? 😄 Check out yoga namaskar from Isha(free on youtube) for your back, i'm doing this every day for last few months and it's amazing, my back is so good now 🙂🙏 And for meditation you have Isha Kriya from Sadhguru (also free on youtube) if you want to activate your pineal gland and have a glimpse of spirituality (i'm doing a more refined practice from Sadhguru but I know this one works too)

Thanks to @foo for Biff! I built something with Biff this morning that could easily have taken days with a heavier-weight framework, or one that didn't make so many excellent choices. Not that heavier ones don't have their place, in larger teams and codebases, but Biff is the sweet spot for prototyping, as far as I'm concerned!
