I think the only major barrier to a RC release is to add support for federation from an EDN schema (rather than an SDL schema). That's looking close.

I'm now relying more heavily on the community to try out alpha and beta versions prior to a release. Previously, I would ensure that an rc release was running in production at Walmart before I would make it final ... that's no longer an option for me as I don't work there anymore.

Also, I'm splitting my limited open source time between Lacinia and Pedestal now (not lacinia-pedestal, but Cognitect pedestal).
