Looks like the Request Headers tab in 0.16 doesn't quite work; I think the custom code lacinia-pedestal injects into the page overwrites the headers. I'm doing some research to see how to do it correctly.

Just pushed 0.16.1 w/ the fix (and, woops, some duplicated effort).
