windows and macos x-compile is the hard part, I've been meaning to just get that working on travis once in an open source project so everyone can crib off of it
once someone has figured that one out, I’d be happy to automate building clj-kondo for Windows using that
i don't see windows sdk for windows 7 - but i don't know if i'm missing something or there isn't something comparable there.
i wonder if it's worth bugging the upstream graal folks about them considering tooling that could work on travis...
