@niwinz removing of caseless= is not a “Minor code refactoring”...

@serioga i din't say that, it was removed becuse after thinking on it that function was very inconsistent, becuase if you compare two non strings with this function it will return false but that is very confusing...

if has other opionion im open for discussion

and open to give it back, but it should have a well defined semantics (something that it didnt have before)

maybe i'm just wrong
