all tests pass, and CI is running on it

NOT tested in any app…PRs welcome, but that should get it most of the way there

So, ported a 26kloc Fulcro app to version 3, made 15-odd videos, and updated the significant chapters in the book. It’s time to move to RC-land. Fulcro 3.0.0-RC1 is on Clojars!

Kudos to @tony.kay for fulcro, it took me a while to get the hang of it but i'm really enjoying using it for my app. Looking to see how things turn out when the app gets more complex!
