@daniel975 just want to mention that figwheel-main as of now has React Native support and supports the same reload patterns that you may be used to. https://figwheel.org/docs/react-native.html

Daniel Schlaug16:07:47

@bhauman That’s fantastic news! Not sure why that went under my radar up until now… I assume you’re also leveraging the new packager target functionality?

bhauman16:07:12

and compiler passes from krell

bhauman16:07:35

Just pushed the release moments ago 0.2.10

Daniel Schlaug16:07:29

😲 I’ll have a look right away! I’ve really been missing figwheel since I moved to Krell. Such a great and simple piece of tooling, I feel that Fast Refresh, being JS-based must be much more complex and error prone. BTW quite an honor to be invited personally! 😊

bhauman16:07:20

Well I really want folks to give it a try! And thanks!!

bhauman16:07:43

BTW your question was posted to #cljsrn

bhauman16:07:02

that’s how I knew to ask you

Daniel Schlaug16:07:18

Ah! That explains it. Yeah, the reloading experience in krell has been really haphazard, not at all sure if my question was the right one.

Daniel Schlaug16:07:13

Also. I love the new figwheel documentation!

bhauman16:07:23

oh thanks man!

Fwiw, I use fast refresh with Figwheel in the browser. Works pretty well. It's nice that local state is preserved.

Daniel Schlaug12:07:47

That’s interesting! Would be nice to have it working but for me in krell it’s been quite hit-or-miss whether things are reloaded or not.
