Anybody in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area is welcome to come to a Clojure vs. Ruby code-off on Tuesday, August 15. I'll be representing the Clojure side of things, hoping to persuade some folks to consider using Clojure instead of that other language.

If you can get away with it, I'd run my code from the REPL rather than the command line. Otherwise I'd guess you'll get a lot of objections due to Clojure's startup time.
@U06FTAZV3 - Good idea, and I agree! I've been rehearsing a REPL-driven-development approach that I'm hoping is going to impress some rubyists. 😄
