@agile_geek £400+ for a 2 day event still seems like a lot unless I am missing something here?

Yes - it's on SkillMatter site. I think early bird finished about April? Look out for next years tickets - usually released at early bird price the day after the conf finishes this year!
I bought a ticket at £99 + VAT = £114
And as a comparison (and I know it's a large event) OSCON London was > £1000 for 2 days
I will ping here when tickets go on sale
