some of my key bindings are not “working"

i can see them when i use the function (describe-personal-keybindings) but when i execute them, they don’t work

any input?

this is what i see in the output of “describe-personal-keybindings” C-c C-o cider-repl-clear-buffer’` but when i do C-c C-o it doesn’t clear the cider buffer
