Monroe hasnt been relesed for 10 years and no commits for 4 years. I would be surprise if help is forthcoming. Maintaining a fork of this project yourself may be the best option. Cider is where the Clojure community can provide the most support. It has over 1 million downloads on Melpa alone (inf-clojure has 20k, Monroe has 2k). Neovim Conjure was inspired by Cider and I found the transition from Cider to Conjure very smooth (especially when using Portal with Conjure). It should be even smother the other direction as Cider provides debug and data inspection tools too.
