Clojurians Log v2

On the subject of emacs 31, Since I installed I can no longer fold/unfold org-mode sections (i.e. org-cycle). It does nothing and I get a "Before first headline at position x in buffer http://buffername.org" message. I can cycle the entire buffer with org-shifttab but that is not an ideal way to navigate. Anyone else having this problem?
