I use easy-kill almost constantly for selecting/copying sexps. After M-w then I press s as many times as needed to select additional sexps. I run weekly builds of emacs 29 HEAD. Since about a week or so ago, this feature no longer works. I’ve gone back to emacs 28, and it’s fine. Any ideas?

I should add easy-kill has not changed in quite some time
