In the scratch buffer, Something like (funcall '+)
will work but (funcall 'eval-last-sexp)
will yield the error @qqq mentioned. I wonder if it's getting into some kind of crazy recursive loop where (funcall 'eval-last-sexp)
is the last sexp so it keeps trying to evaluate itself. (just a theory.)
