@esaikku I'm using that combination but I'm not quite sure what you mean about "exclude the REPL tab"? Joker only runs on source file tabs for me, as far as I can tell.

I get joker errors on every word in the REPL tab.

Although I already switched back to running figwheel in separate command line window. The REPL process got stuck too often in atom and the figwheel port is left open. This prevents opening new figwheel processes.
