Clojurians Log v2

I'm switching over duct.module.cljs away from ShadowCLJS to a custom implementation based on cljs.build.api. The new implementation currently lacks a few of ShadowCLJS's more advanced features, primarily eval load and CSS reloading, but is now a simpler and more maintainable implementation. At this point I think it's worth switching and adding the extra functionality later. This will also change the options a little. The documentation will be updated accordingly.
