added some experimental auto-generated docs for the available syntax forms and tagged literals in cljs

I remember trying to search #js and #inst in clojuredocs and having trouble googling them as well

it’s currently just a reference to implementation of the syntax reader functions, analogous to viewing the source of regular functions
