Clojurians Log v2

We have a pending PR to add some additional architectures to the official clojure docker image: https://github.com/docker-library/official-images/pull/19018. Specifically riscv64, s390x, and ppc64le. We basically get these for free from our upstream images, so it was pretty easy to add them to our manifest. I'm curious if anyone will use them, though. Let me know if you would use one of these architectures once they're available.
