Quick poll: who is using depstar programmatically? 1️⃣ via the hf.depstar.uberjar/build-jar API 2️⃣ via the newer hf.depstar.api API (compatible with tools.build (context: I've uncovered a bug in depstar that manifests if you use with-dir (`tools.deps.alpha`) in case 1️⃣ or set-project-root! (`tools.build`) in case 2️⃣ -- so I'm trying to establish how much effort to put into fixing it in either case)
