should probably "older than the transactor's clock time", no? Because if I set a :db/txInstant in the future, the transactor won't be able to create any transactions with a :db/txInstant before that, correct?

If any of the Datomic team are here, I'd like to know if there are any plans to get Datomic Cloud available in af-south-1 (South Africa, Cape Town)?

af-south-1 has EFS, EC2, DynamoDb and S3, CodeDeploy, VPCs, Lambdas, etc.
