Unclear exactly what problem you're trying to solve but we made Datomic Local so you could develop with a lightweight embedded Datomic Database.

I am using datomic local in testing locally. the problem is deploying a custom product of my company that uses Datomic Cloud, into another aws account

and making those deploys reproducible

I tried it in august. It didn't work on the free tier because the free tier doesn't support CustomResources in cloudformation templates

maybe it will work on enterprise tier, maybe not

Nothin about localstack, right?
