@souenzzo Can you provide your transactor logs from to startup to the point of failure to me privately? Are you seeing any throttling/backoff reporting from DDB? In general the error happens when the transactor failed to write an index multiple times. Possible causes include memory pressure, storage backpressure, GC churn.
