It needs to be specified at txor startup I can't remember off the top of my head if the provided CF template has a Java options parameter

You might look at the json generated by the ensure scripts before you run the create stack script and see if there is a place to add java opts. If you'll shoot me a quick email to remind me, I'll try and take a look myself this weekend
