what are the tx calculated from in a datascript transaction?

i saw this

(defn- current-tx [report]
  (inc (get-in report [:db-before :max-tx])))

but the tx i’m seeing are way too big to just be inc one at a time for each transaction i’ve made

just saw 0x20000000

which is 536870912

is that number supposed to be significant somehow?
