Apparently clojure library compiled by JDK 21 and above cannot be used inside a JDK below 21 https://aphyr.com/posts/369-classnotfoundexception-java-util-sequencedcollection, so I have to release a 0.9.18. Also added set-env-flags and get-env-flags, so transaction durability can be changed on the fly.
