Clojurians Log v2

The server is now packaged as a released batteries included uberjar on Github, and as Docker container https://github.com/replikativ/datahike/blob/main/doc/distributed.md#docker-and-podman. I am still landing improved secondary index and Postgres support before putting it on the website. Feedback as always welcome!
