hey I'm struggling to get a stable version setup, I saw this issue and the reply: https://github.com/replikativ/datahike-jdbc/issues/28 but don't know how to implement this, what combination of versions of konserve/datahike-jdbc/datahike and requires currently work? the reply seems to imply that if I use the latest maven Datahike I don't have to import datahike-jdbc but this doesn't seem to work, or maybe I misunderstood it

you need konserve-jdbc and require its core namespace to register the lifecycle multimethods.
