Also was surprised that python igraph just works from the repl via libpython-clj (one I installed it correctly!)
Here for the interested ... will most likely blog more in depth at some point in the future when I have more time
Wow that is a lot of stuff. Pretty amazing, Carin, you seem to know a ton of the Python ecosystem. This is very cool.
That's the fun part. I don't know the ecosystem - but I'm learning it thanks to taking requests from what people wanted to see examples of on twitter :)
Nextjournal ( @kommen ) just did a couple of really cool versions of using libpython-clj in their notebook
ā¢ @gigasquid - I want to use your examples as the official ones - they are more interesting and written in a cleaner way. I now link to your blog posts and examples from the libpython-clj README.md. LMK if this is OK. ā¢ @kommen - I am linking to your nextjournal entry for livejournal remixing of libpython-clj stuff. I really like them; very nice!
