I wrote up my explorations with Graal and R/Python interop. It’s really early, so not sure how practical it is at this moment, but good to keep an eye on http://gigasquidsoftware.com/blog/2017/10/22/embedded-interop-between-clojure-r-and-python-with-graalvm/
Here is the first version of lein-jupyter https://github.com/didiercrunch/lein-jupyter. Unfortunatly the jars are not yet on clojars so you need to build them yourself. Tomorrow, I'll try to upload clojupyter and lein-jupyter to clojar.
