I'll try, but it's not really a long term solution. I use Vim mode in all my IDEs. I'd rather turn off Parinfer than Vim

@andrethehunter I can't think of anything that would cause that, no. What are the symptoms? You're definitely not getting any errors in the logs?

And yes, as Imre mentions, it would be interesting to know if disabling IdeaVim helps, just to rule it out as a possible problem.

@cfleming The only symptom is that Parinfer stops. e.g. I'll be indenting a line of code, and the block and parens will change; then a few moments (minutes or hours) later, it doesn't work.

Which logs should I check? idea.log?

Only parinfer mentions I find in the logs I find are in thread dump files. e.g. threadDumps-freeze-20250603-162350-IU-251.25410.129-Object.wait0-5sec/threadDump-20250603-162350.txt
