Yeah, noticed this one as well. As far as I recall, deleting and then recreating the repl config fixed it.

I have the same problem if I have “Run with IntelliJ project classpath” set in the config. “Run with Leiningen” still works fine in debug mode too.

I fixed something similar to this in the latest EAP: https://github.com/cursive-ide/cursive/issues/2995. If you're still getting that error on the EAP, what type of run config are you using?

When I say "fixed", I mean "worked around an IntelliJ bug with a disgusting hack", so I might have missed a config type...
