I’m not sure why that would happen. I’ve not seen it, and the only report of it I can find is from 2015. Is there anything unusual about your setup? Are you running on an unusual type of disk or anything like that?

nope, all normal setups, but I find myself having to type a space somewhere and try again to make it recognise the change
