@hlship: The test markers should work either way, I think - it’s possible that one way or another the classpath is created differently, such that Cursive can’t find the file? Not sure.

Any more details might be useful in tracking it down - could you post (or send privately if you prefer) details of the two run configs and I’ll try to reproduce.
