ClojureScript can compile itself! Now, what?!
In mid-2015, ClojureScript added long-due support for compiler self-hosting. Without a hard dependency on the JVM, ClojureScript can truly follow JavaScript anywhere. Endless possibilities are on the horizon. In this talk, I explore the compiler bootstrapping process, enumerate existing projects and tools built solely on self-hosted ClojureScript, and make an informed, optimistic prediction on what the future holds.
