Has anyone else been thinking about the topics discussed in the 2012 "Language of Systems" talk? I've been thinking about this in the context of the growing presence of linked data (JSON-LD) and syntactic knowledge bases (ontologies) and the like. I'm briefly familiar with some of the techs referenced in the talk such as Avro that are used to somewhat accomplish these goals in systems like Kafka streaming... are there any other tools that come to mind?
