Clojurians Log v2

ClojureCLR library updates. Mostly very minor updates to very stable libraries, some just updates on dependency versions. General purpose libraries:

These will surface in an upcoming release of the cljr tool. More substantial fixes here, the most important being enabling the 'prep' functionality in deps.edn files. As well as the new clr.tools.deps.edn port of the tools.deps.edn library.
