Hi, I happen to work with Microsoft technology such as Sharepoint, Powershell and .Net. I would like to know why and when it would be interesting for a business to use ClojureCLR? Is it ready to be used? Are there reasons to choose ClojureCLR over C#? I've searched about ClojureCLR, but haven't found much. I find it very interesting and I hope to be able to use it in my daily work.

I wonder how business run code with encapsulation at a fine grain level. That would drive me nuts. I do F# for a paycheck rather than Clojure CLR.

I too am curious if ClojureCLR is used anywhere in the Microsoft enterprise space. I've worked at quite a few Microsoft shops, and I've never even heard anyone mention ClojureCLR. I also do some F# dev-ing, and I think in Microsoft shops you will probably have a better experience using F#.

Interesting, so why is CLR being developed? Is it all speculative work in progress?
