@mattyulrich I put all the dependencies in the Clojureclr home directory, the project root namespace (directory) placed in the Clojureclr home directory, directly using Clojure.Main.exe into REPL, directly using Clojure.Compile.exe compile. Do not use Lein.
No Project configuration is required, the compilation results can be merged with ilmerge and then confused with Eazfuscator
