@mattyulrich I put all the dependencies in the Clojureclr home directory, the project root namespace (directory) placed in the Clojureclr home directory, directly using Clojure.Main.exe into REPL, directly using Clojure.Compile.exe compile. Do not use Lein.
The compiled results are also automatically exported under the Clojure home directory
No Project configuration is required, the compilation results can be merged with ilmerge and then confused with Eazfuscator

dependencies management: Use Sharpdevelop to create an empty project , and then set the dependencies that need to be downloaded, and copied to the Clojureclr home directory
