that's a new one for me @rakyi, we don't block any IPs AFAIK, can't find anything of the sort in the Discourse setting. Does it look like this message is coming from Discourse? Can you post a full screenshot including URL? I've bumped your discourse trust level up, maybe that will help...
hmmm it seems some ips did get blocked by the system when dealing with spam. What's your IP? can you run curl
in a terminal and let me know the output @rakyi?
