Have you considered making your podcast available via Spotify? I believe it's free and all you need to do is point your RSS feed to Spotify to make it available? Personally, I find the web interface, if listening on my mobile, a bit clunky.

You can use any app which can read the basic RSS. I love Podcast Addict. For spotify, IIRC you have to convert the xml so it contains Spotify-specific attributes.

Thanks. Checking out Podcast Addict

Hey @U11EL3P9U, thanks for the suggestion. We have considered publishing on Spotify, but are a little wary of the agreement that you have to accept. It muddies the waters as far as copyright is concerned. We're planning on re-evaluating it when we can. In the meantime, using a podcast app is recommended.

It's okay - I downloaded Podcast Addict and it's great

Makes listening to your podcasts much better, thank you 🙂

Keep up the great work! Really enjoying the podcasts.

@U11EL3P9U Thanks for listening!

Thoughts re: publishing on Spotify in 2023?

neumann16:09:50

@U03CPPKDXBL I’ll check it out again. When I looked before, we had to grant some rights to Spotify that seemed onerous at the time. Maybe they have better terms now?

Thanks! It'll certainly boost discoverability and distribution.

The transducer episode was great!, I finally understand them well enough to reimplement them myself https://github.com/fiddlerwoaroof/lisp-sandbox/blob/master/transduce.lisp

Wow! This is amazing! Which lisp is this written in?

fiddlerwoaroof18:01:10

Common Lisp, I'm the annoying guy that shows up occasionally at the LA Clojure meetup and won't stop talking about CL 🙂

Ah! glad to see you online too
