You no longer need a test or vaccination certificate to enter Germany, you do however need to make sure you have an FFP2/N95 mask to wear on public transit (so not a regular surgical mask).

Here they say surgical masks are ok, but it differs from state to state, in Berlin surgical masks are only allowed for children up to 14 https://www.berlin.de/corona/massnahmen/#headline_1_21

i played with the app for a few months last year after not playing for decades and enjoyed it. I ended up with a deck that let me create a cat army by teleporting a cat chariot out of play then back in, generating 2 cat tokens. fun times

You’d think that with hundreds of cards from 1994 that I’d have a few more of value, but sadly not. Just a few around $30, I think

That's how it is with these old sets, most cards are at best mediocre, but some cards are ridiculously overpowered. They hadn't really figured out the power balance yet. Unless you have a bunch of these really good cards old decks generally lose from newer decks.
