I haven’t seen such button too. Maybe no need to mark?

From rules: "Before the contest ends, you must mark your entry as complete on the team profile and tag a release of your code with the word "clojurecup". This should be the version deployed on your server and will be validated by the organizers."

Just looking at that as well, don't see anything like that
