I see there's a new release Clojure 1.13 being prepared, is it planned to do some bugfixing on top of features? I've been eyeing this one https://clojure.atlassian.net/browse/CLJ-2817 but doesn't seem to make the cut?

Re: CLJ-2817: I voted for https://ask.clojure.org/index.php/13501/primitive-type-hints-arguments-turns-the-return-value-object which is the connected Ask but between that and the related Ask, there's "only" 11 votes so...
