I'm starting to think that Lisp works in a similar way as the mind works.
I want to use thi-ng/geom https://github.com/thi-ng/geom Is there a comprehensive documentation or a guide? I can read the source code and check out the woefully un-documented examples, but I feel like this kind of library should have some kind of helper document that I can't find, that would allow me to learn the library in a more direct way that reverse-engineering

It's a big library with many parts. Karsten talked about writing a book on parametric design, &c, that would illuminate the many uses of its parts, but it doesn't look like he has found the time.
