It freaks the Americans out that the UK can run perfectly well without a government (during elections) -- and that our election cycles can be so short. My US friends are fascinated by the current process with Burnham and Starmer!

that said.. the British system where you can change PM without an election is quite special. It is in theory possible in the NL as well. but extremely unlikely as a new election would be called.
