Morning! Happy Friday? Plans for the weekend? I'm probably going to the local Pride festival tomorrow.

Morning! Very happy Friday. Father's day on Sunday. Planning to go for a picnic in the Cheshire countryside and, according to the forecast this hour, no doubt get rained on 🌧️

Morning. I don't have much planned for the weekend, but the weather forecast here is good so I'll try to stay away from the computer, maybe get out for a cycle ride on Sunday.

Thanks for the reminder about Father's Day! Yeah, I'll need to email/message my two (step) dads to wish them a great day. My bio dad passed in 2017. My parents divorced when I was 12, then mum had a long-term, much younger b/f she never married who was essentially my dad during my teenage years and on into my 20s until I left home. Eventually they broke up and she met and married another guy her age, and they were together for over 20 years, until she passed. He's in his 90s now, having survived a complete heart failure about a decade ago. Her former b/f is in his 70s and just survived a complete heart failure too.
