Mornin' 🙂 One thing I've really missed in general in America is decent Indian food. Tonight, we went to a local Nepalese restaurant for my birthday and, oh yes, decent spicy Indian food! The other Indian place we've tried locally had no idea what "Indian hot" meant but this place does. I think we'll be going there quite a bit. They had pangra as an appetizer -- fried chicken gizzards -- which was something I'd never had before, so they get a ✅ for that as well. And Haywards 5000 Indian "strong lager" which I love.
