My mum in Sussex (and her hubby) have had both doses now but are still avoiding everyone so I feel more comfortable about them (although mum has developed a bad health issue — that, luckily, she doesn’t realize is as bad as it is).

Vaccine? No, we should be eligible next month. Or do you mean “assistance”? We’ve had two stimulus checks so far but we should not be eligible for this third one.

The vaccine. Good that you'll have it soon. I'm hopeful we'll see a way out of this grinding lockdown this summer with the increased vaccination rates.

Everything is opening back up here. Jay had lunch with a friend today and actually ate inside a restaurant where they served the tables! First time since September — and that was only a brief window for the first time since early March!

We might have to adjust to “going out for dinner” again after pretty much a year of not being able to.

It would be nice sit in a cafe and have a coffee 🙂

We did a big shop tonight — we only go shopping once a fortnight! — and that is something I like about the pandemic (since I hate shopping).

Ahhh....I hear the boss (3 year old) calling....gotta go!
