Good Morning!

yogidevbear06:12:28

Thanks for sharing that drop scone recipe previously @dharrigan. We've been making it a lot since then. My son absolutely loves them (as do I 😉)

dharrigan07:12:31

🙂 You're most welcome!

Hey, which server-side http client library do you guys use? clj-http and http-kit seem to be the two contenders, are there any others?

thomas16:12:36

I have used both in the past and never really had any problems with either of them. I guess http-kit is nice of you need async. And telex was announced today as well, have a look in #announcements

there's also ztellman/aleph, although i wouldn't necessarily recommend aleph anymore since it's in the abandonware zone

dominicm22:12:14

think things are improving here a little bit, it's now part of clj-commons

I use clj-http currently and it works grand

dharrigan19:12:00

however, I'm not tied to it, and would be happy to evaluate others.

dharrigan19:12:20

it was simply the first one I found that I could understand whilst I was getting started (still am!!) with Clojure
